HEREMI STUDIO Appointment & Store Policy
Please Read Carefully Before Booking or Purchasing

 

At HEREMI STUDIO, we prioritize professionalism, quality service, and a luxury experience. By booking an appointment or making a purchase, you agree to the following:

APPOINTMENT POLICY

1. Grace Period & Late Arrivals
A strict 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled. If accommodated, a $15 late fee will apply.

2. Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)
Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a $25 inconvenience fee charged to the card on file.

3. Payment Policy
Cash is preferred. Cards are used for booking and deposits. Policy violations will be charged to the card on file. Card and PayPal payments may include processing fees.

4. No-Call / No-Show
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

5. Appointment Confirmation
A valid phone number and email are required. Failure to confirm your appointment may result in cancellation.

6. No Refunds / No Credits
All services are final. No refunds or credits will be issued.

7. Service Concerns
All concerns must be reported within 72 hours. After this timeframe, HEREMI Studio is not responsible.

8. Emergency / Off-Day Appointments
Appointments on Sundays or Mondays will include a $25 service fee.

9. Lash Preparation
Arrive with clean lashes. A $10 cleaning fee will be applied if necessary.

10. Fill Appointments
Fills require 30–40% lash retention. If not met, you will be charged for a full set.

11. Guests & Children
No extra guests or children are allowed.

STORE POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of beauty products, all retail purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued.

2. Product Use Disclaimer
HEREMI Studio is not responsible for misuse of products. Clients are responsible for following all usage instructions provided.

3. Allergic Reactions
HEREMI Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions. It is the client’s responsibility to review ingredients and perform patch tests when necessary.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Any issues with products must be reported within 48 hours of purchase with proof. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

5. Professional Use Products
Certain products are intended for licensed professionals only. By purchasing, you confirm that you are qualified to use these products safely and legally.

6. Payment Terms
All product purchases must be paid in full at the time of sale. Processing fees may apply for card or PayPal transactions.

By booking an appointment or purchasing from HEREMI Studio, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
