shipping & returns

Shipping Policy

  • We ship within one business day of receiving payment. We ship every day except weekends & holidays. 

  • All packages are shipped with USPS First Class Priority shipping 2-7 days and FedEX. Please contact us directly if you need your items sooner. 

  • We offer worldwide shipping.

  • Buyers are responsible for your own country custom duty taxes. 

  • Transit Time does not begin until your package leaves the shipping carrier's facility and does not include weekends or holidays.

  • Please understand that packages will only move during business days (weekends and holidays are excluded towards transit time).

  • If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at heremistudio@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and you will be responsible to pay the return shipping fee. 

 

Please Note: Packages that show up as "Delivered" according to USPS/FEDEX is what we will go by.We are not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your items are in the USPS/FEDEX system and handed over, it is the responsibility of the carrier. This eliminates and avoids any dishonest stolen claims.   

Return & Exchange Policy

  • ALL items returned must be unused and unopened. There will be NO exchanges. All parties are responsible for your own shipping. Refunds will only apply to online buyers and will take 7-10 business days to apply.

  • Refunds will be processed once items have been sent back and received. Please allow up to 14 business days to see applied refund.  

  • There will be no store credits. 

  • All sales are final on adhesives, lash removers, and lash baths.

  • In the case that a package is refused and shipped back, if the items are received in the same condition as sent to the receiver, we will refund the customer for the the products only. Please note that any return shipping fees, customs duties, or other associated fees that are billed to us by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 48hrs of receipt to initiate a return.
